Returns Policy
We guarantee that if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have purchased,you can return it to us within 14 days of date of invoice, and we will issue a full refund on the price you paid for the item
Products must be returned in the same condition that they were despatched to you and must be unused. They must also include all original packaging. Any damage or loss to either product,or its packaging may affect the amount of refund made. Please send a copy of your invoice with all returns.
You must obtain a free certificate of posting for all returns from the Post Office which should be kept in a safe place, as in the event of loss or damage MARA are not responsible.
Please be aware refunds do not include return postage and packing costs.
